| Let´s directly start with what can be considered the core of panocracy. And even though there are pretty many words and concept that I will introduce here, you will be able to understand them easily, for they all are based on the same logical structure that is not hard to understand at all. After this chapter you will know what Moy, Poy, Fay, Sur, Hyper, Exo, Terra and Tjo mean in panocracy. (The definitions below were not given by Tobi Blubb. | Tobi Blubb illustrates very well the socio-psychological problems of the modern world and how the "savage" world was different. Today many people are not really socially integrated. The bushmen´s world was small in comparison — a few other humans, and an earth not bigger than one could walk in a couple of days or weeks. Today there´s not even a real horizon — we know the earth is a ball. Even worse, this ball is "hanging" in empty space, running dull circles around a sun like there are zillions and zillions of them in infinite space and time, but all of the others absolutely unreachable for mankind. The modern man lives in the knowledge of being just one out of billions of people on this planet, and for all but a handful there´s the even depressing knowledge that they are replaceable. Others could make your job, another will take your place if your romantic relationship ends. It is easy to feel absolutely unimportant and get depressions. Many people, but by far not all, have enough social bonds that protect from that — family as well as friends. But usually there are far less social interactions than most people would like to have. Often friends and relatives are not "available", either because they live far away or because they got other things to do. Not so in a "savage" tribe. Everyone is near, and no one is as busy. Der heutige Mensch lebt in dem Wissen, nur einer von Milliarden Menschen auf diesem Planeten zu sein, und für alle bis auf eine handvoll gibt es das zusätzlich bedrückende Wissen, daß sie ersetzbar sind. Andere könnten ihre Arbeit machen; wenn ihre romantische Beziehung in die Brüche geht, wird ein anderer ihren Platz einnehmen. So ist es leicht, sich absolut unwichtig zu fühlen und depressiv zu werden. Viele Menschen — aber eben bei weitem nicht alle — haben genügend soziale Bindungen, die sie davor schützen — Familie wie auch Freunde. Und doch gibt es viel weniger sozialen Austausch, als sich die meisten Menschen wünschen würden. Oft sind die Freunde und Verwandten nicht "verfügbar", entweder weil sie weit weg wohnen oder anderes zu tun haben. Anders im "wilden" Stammesleben. Jeder ist nah, und keiner ist so dermaßen beschäftigt. (Natürlich hat das Stammesleben auch einige Nachteile, aber die Panokratie will ja auch gar nicht wirklich zum Stammesdasein zurück.) |

| In which concrete ways the individuals in a Moy cell actually live together, ie how their social, emotional, intimate and/or sexual relations look like is up to the Moy cell, and to it alone. No arbitrary external principles of culture or moral laws should interfere with the Moy freedom. The only conditions to be met are named in above definition. (Natural laws, ethics and so on are not made irrelevant anyway — of course. The Moy freedom is "only" about the human-to-human relationships and interactions.) First of all it must always be assured, that the individuals live really voluntarily in this group. The bonds will be strong enough that for instance raising children and nursing the elderly together should be fairly well distributed. The parents of a child get support and aid from the other members. Violence as common in many families today should not occur. First, because the parents are less stressed and have much more free time. If there are three Moy cells, these three Moy cells are Tjo. If there are two Poy cells, then they will be Tjo. And so on. If the whole planet Earth has adopted panocracy, then the Terra cell is Tjo. Tjo is the "nationality" of topian panocrats. It wouldn´t matter if there were only 75 people living in panocracy on the whole planet: 25 in a Moy cell in Poland, 25 in a Moy cell in Kenya and 25 in a Moy cell in Peru. | The special structure of panocracy leads to some surprising positive socio-psychological effects. Where patriotism before could lead to hate and even wars, it might now well go in the opposite direction. To hate or harm someone from another Moy cell would mean to bring hate and harm into your Poy cell. To attack with your Poy cell another Poy cell would mean to attack your own Fay cell. And so on. In the end, every human being is part of your Terra cell, of your Tjo. The same for every building, every piece of art and so on... | Die besondere Struktur der Panokratie führt zu so manchen überraschenden positiven soziopsychologischen Effekten. Wo Patriotismus zuvor zu Haß und sogar Kriegen führen konnte, wird er nun wahrscheinlich vielmehr in die entgegengesetzte Richtung tendieren. Jemanden aus einer anderen Moyzelle zu hassen oder ihm sogar zu schaden, würde bedeuten, Haß und Leid in deine Poyzelle zu tragen.
